Things I am obsessed with | September

Do you ever go through phases where you are absolutely loving something so you thrash it to an almost certain death?

I do. In fact sometimes this love can be borderline obsessive, like the month that I watched Dumb & Dumber every night so I could fall asleep. (Just kidding……… It was actually 2 months)

That’s just who I am, if I love something I want it all day everyday… that probably explains a lot about my highly addictive personality. Luckily for me, these habits are not all that harmful, in fact I find them quite delightful.

I do love hearing about new things, shops or experiences so please feel free to share in the comments below somethings that are currently floating your boat!

Song
Don’t be so Shy by Imany. This song is actually on repeat in my car at the moment. It was definitely the best $2.19 I have spent this month… and yes, I am the only person left in Australia still paying for songs on Itunes like a sucker….

Clothing
Pleather Jacket- this is not a new purchase but seeing as Adelaide seems to be the state that spring forgot I am absolutely thrashing this jacket. It’s comfy, stylish and goes with everything. Win.

Flowers
I go through a love hate relationship with flowers, while I will always love fresh flowers, for the longest time I wouldn’t buy them as they reminded me of my floristry dream fail… Ok that’s a bit dramatic but still, I felt like flowers burnt me so I turned my back on them. I’m now over it and am buying them weekly because looking at them really does brighten my day.

This Nicole Fendel necklace was a present for my 30th birthday from my friends and I absolutely love it! I pretty much wear it daily and love how it’s elegant yet on trend at the same time. It’s also extra special because it was a gift from the lovely ladies I have been friends with for the past 15 years.

Beauty products
Eco Tan Face Water, I think I love you….I’ve talked about this product before and I have no plans to stop anytime soon. This face tan is similar to a micellar water in texture, I put it on with a cotton pad after I wash my face, let it dry (which takes 2 minutes) then put my night cream on. It’s all natural/ organic and gives my face a natural glow, product find of the month… possibly year!

So there you go, these 5 things have legitimately changed my life in some way or another, sure it might be in a small way but they have certainly made me smile, that’s a win in my book.

What about you, tell me what you’re obsessed with at the moment, Id love to know!
